中文摘要由於彰化及雲林地區之主要地層下陷地區早期分布於沿海區域,近年已逐漸轉變為分布於內陸地區(例如彰化溪州及雲林虎尾、土庫等地區),不僅容易造成該等地區逢雨成災,且有高鐵行車安全顧慮,若無及時監測其變化情勢,問題恐將更為嚴重。 為有效監測彰化及雲林地區之地層下陷行為,減緩地層下陷之發生趨勢,本計畫依據地下水保育管理暨地層下陷防治第2期計畫(104~109年度)之因應策略,持續辦理彰化及雲林地區地層下陷監測工作,並整合相關監測資料進行分析探討,釐清下陷發生機制,及時研擬因應對策,有效達成地層下陷之防治目標。
英文摘要The working items of land subsidence monitoring project in Changhua and Yunlin areas including the leveling survey, precise GPS positioning, the measurement of land subsidence monitoring wells and development of GPS continuous stations and deep benchmarks have been conducted and accomplished. The comprehensive results are as follows. (1)The results of leveling survey The areas of leveling survey include Changhua (430km) and Yunlin (540km) and the total length of surveyed routes is about 970 km. The results of the leveling survey are as follows: (a)In Changhua County, the maximum subsidence rate is about 3.5 cm/yr in Xizhou Township and the continuously subsiding area (the area of subsidence rate over 3 cm/yr) is about 1.4 km2. Xizhou Township is the only area of subsidence rate over 3 cm/yr in Changhua County on 2016. (b)In Yunlin County, the maximum subsidence rate is about 5.6 cm/yr in Tuku Township and the continuously subsiding area is about 104.9 km2. Huwei, Tuku, Yuanchang, Baozhong, Lunbei, Erlun and Xiluo Townships are the areas of subsidence rate over 3 cm/yr in Yunlin County on 2016. (2)Maintenance and measurement of the existed land subsidence monitoring wells, deep benchmarks and GPS continuous stations (a)At present, there are 32 multilevel compression monitoring wells and 15 GPS continuous stations in Changhua and Yunlin Counties, and 3 deep benchmarks in Yunlin County, respectively. All monitoring instruments distributed in Changhua and Yunlin Counties are with good status of all systems facilities. (b)According to the four data quality indexes for the GPS stations, the received GPS signals from the GPS receiver are quite stable and normal. (3)Development of GPS continuous stations and deep benchmarks (a)New GPS continuous stations were built up smoothly in Yiwu Junior High School, Shuicanlin Elementary School and Fongrong Elementary School in Yunlin County on 9 May 2016. All instruments were installed completely and with good status of all systems facilities and internet. (b)New deep benchmarks were built up smoothly in Tuku Junior High School and Xiutan Elementary School in Yunlin County on 21 July 2016. All instruments were installed completely and with good status of all systems facilities and internet. (4)Analysis by the integration of the monitoring data in land subsidence area (a)In recent years the subsidence tendency was gradually mitigating in Changhua County, however, the subsidence tendency was slightly increasing in 2015 which attributed to the fall of rainfall and groundwater level in the dry season. (b)According to the recent results obtained from monitoring wells in Changhua County, the mainly compression situation was occurred in the second and the third aquifer. Moreover, the maximum compression rate in unit thickness arise in the third and the fourth aquifer. (c)The subsidence situations in Changhua County become slighter mainly attributed to the rise of rainfall and groundwater level in the dry season in 2016. However, the subsidence rates in Zhutang Workstation, Xinsheng Elementary School and Hunan Elementary School areas are still larger than 2 cm per year, respectively. (d)In recent years the subsidence tendency was gradually mitigating in Yunlin County, however, the subsidence tendency was slightly increasing in 2015 which attributed to the fall of rainfall and groundwater level in the dry season. Moreover, the subsidence rate in Huwei, Tuku, Yuanchang, Baozhong, Erlun, Lunbei and Xiluo Townships were over 3 cm per year, respectively. (e)According to the recent results obtained from monitoring wells in Yunlin County, the mainly compression situation was occurred in the second and the third aquifer. Moreover, the maximum compression rate in unit thickness arise in the third and the fourth aquifer. Therefore, taking note of the water resources in this depth should be needed in the future. (f)The subsidence tendency in Yunlin County was more mitigating than last year which attributed to the rise of rainfall and groundwater level in the dry season in 2016. However, the subsidence rates in Xiutan Elementary School and Hungluen Elementary School areas in Yunlin are still larger than 2 cm per year, respectively. (g)There are obvious subsidence situations occurred around the Taiwan high speed rail in Changhua and Yunlin Counties. In the future, these areas should be focused on monitoring continuously for the safety issue.
